However, did you know Tressel wrote a second book that was published during the fateful year of 2011? It was called Life Promises for Success and was a collection of Tressel’s favorite Bible verses.
Well, last year on March 7, Tressel was at a book signing at Costco in Columbus. This was the exact same day the Yahoo! story broke – you know, the one that revealed Tressel knew about the transgressions of Terrelle Pryor and DeVier Posey due to an email exchange with attorney Chris Cicero.
“It was surreal,” a source said. “I didn’t think (Tressel) would show up, but he did. I mean, the news had just broken. The Yahoo! story had just been published. I talk to a lot of fans that don’t even know Tress wrote a second book that was published. But he did. He looked like he saw a ghost that evening. He didn’t look like himself.”
