When Paris was a freshman at Mansfield Timberview, Derrick Anderson was a senior track athlete at the school. Anderson is now the lone Texan on Ohio State men’s track team. The two are friends and of course have talked about Ohio State. While this certainly doesn’t guarantee Paris will follow Anderson to OSU, it is definitely a positive.
