**Henry Island? … The Buckeyes have offered a scholarship to 2014 defensive back Dravon Henry (Aliquippa, Pa./Aliquippa) and Henry is definitely interested. In fact Henry would like to attend one of the Buckeyes’ two remaining home games. If and when Henry attends either the Ohio State-Illinois game or the Ohio State-Michigan game, he will not be alone.

Henry would like to attend one of the Buckeyes’ two remaining home
Aliquippa, by the way, is the home of New York Jets all-Pro cornerback Darrelle Revis. Just sayin’.
While the Buckeyes have not offered Henry’s teammate a scholarship, defensive lineman Jaleel Fields, they are interested. The 6-foot-3 and 270-pound Fields has been talking to Ohio State Director of Player Personnel Mark Pantoni on Facebook and Twitter, and Fields likes what he is hearing. Fields has also liked what he has seen of the Buckeyes on TV this season and says he and Henry are talking about going to an Ohio State game together. Among the many other schools in contact with Fields are Penn State, Pitt, Michigan State, West Virginia, Maryland, Rutgers and Temple.
**Hoops Notes … We checked in with an Ohio State basketball insider who feels not enough is being said about what didn’t happen during the offseason.
*Matta did some real work in-house?
*Rift not started ... yet?
*Operation Ohio tanked?
*Two to watch?
