**Reeling In Richardson? … Junior offensive lineman Nick Richardson attended the Nebraska at Michigan State game and was offered a scholarship by the Spartans. He was offered by coach Mark Dantonio on the field before the game. The 6-foot-5 and 285-pound Westerville (Ohio) Central left tackle now has offers from Michigan State, Illinois, Cincinnati and Toledo.

But Richardson is also hearing from the Buckeyes and the interest is definitely mutual. Richardson spoke to OSU offensive line coach Ed Warinner a little over a week ago and sent Warinner his junior season highlight video. It is the same video Richardson gave Michigan State right before the Spartans offered. Warinner told Richardson the Buckeyes could offer and wants to stay in touch on a weekly basis. Richardson grew up an Ohio State fan and is impressed with what the Buckeyes have done this season under Urban Meyer. Richardson attended the Ohio State-Nebraska game.
**Premier O-lines …If you talk to anyone around the Big Ten, clearly the best two offensive lines in the conference are Ohio State’s and Wisconsin’s, in no particular order (although we’d like to think the Buckeyes have the edge this year).
