Boarding House: Thursday Edition

**Will He Or Won’t He? … The tip off will come by the end of today. If Urban Meyer does not meet with slot receiver/running back Ryan Timmons (Frankfort, Ky./Franklin County), Timmons is almost certainly not going to be a Buckeye. Meyer was supposed to make an in-home visit with Timmons and Timmons’ mother on Wednesday evening, but the visit did not happen. According to Franklin County coach Chris Tracy, Meyer was stuck in Nashville because of weather problems.

Tracy said there is a chance the visit could take place later today, and Tracy indicated his star player has been looking forward to Meyer and his mother meeting – the two have never met and Timmons mother wants to talk with Meyer about academics.

It would be hard to imagine Timmons ending up at Ohio State without his mother meeting Meyer. Timmons’ plane takes off for Florida and his official visit with the Gators at noon on Friday so today/tonight is the last chance there will be for Meyer to meet with Timmons’ mother before the dead period begins. If it doesn’t happen, we look for Timmons to be headed elsewhere.

**Two-Team Race? … The word on Vonn Bell out there now is that Alabama, once thought to be the leader in the quest for his signature, is now running third behind Tennessee and Ohio State. So what changed?

*Did Saban Happen?

*Great Tate?

*Glory Days?
