**Super Cooper? …. Last month the Ohio State staff was making hay so to speak in enemy territory.

In addition to seeing Cooper work out in person in Detroit, Vrabel has told Cooper the OSU staff is going to watch his film.

The Buckeyes fell in love with offensive lineman Dennis Finley (Detroit, Mich./Cass Tech) at the Sound Mind Sound Body Camp in Detroit in June. OSU offensive line coach Ed Warinner liked what he saw of Finley at the camp and it wasn’t long before the Buckeyes offered the huge offensive tackle a scholarship.

Defensive end Demetrius Cooper (Chicago, Ill./Julian) is another prospect the OSU staff took notice of at that camp. Mike Vrabel saw Cooper and invited him to Friday Night Lights. Cooper plans to attend Urban Meyer’s camp later this month though he is not sure he will work out.

In addition to seeing Cooper work out in person in Detroit, Vrabel has told Cooper the OSU staff is going to watch his film.

The 6-foot-5 and 220-pound Cooper is generally being recruited as a hybrid defensive end/outside linebacker and names Michigan State, Notre Dame, Purdue, Iowa State, Toledo, Western Kentucky and Western Michigan among his ten scholarship offers.

For now though the Buckeyes have ticketed the hybrid defensive end/outside linebacker spot in their 2013 recruiting class for Tyquan Lewis.

**Pipeline Plugger? … You hear the term “pipeline” and you immediately think Glenville-to-Ohio State, right? But what about Cardinal Mooney-to-Nebraska?

*What's be doing to put the clamps on?

*Dropoff discord?

*Della Valle deal?

*Put on the pads?
