Boarding House: Tuesday Edition

**Marshall Plan? … Keep the name Lawrence Marshall in mind. The 6-foot-3 and 225-pounder is a fast-rising defensive end at Southfield High School in Southfield, Mich., who had a great junior season. Marshall attended the Nebraska at Michigan State game and was offered a scholarship on the field prior to the start of the game by Spartan coach Mark Dantonio. Marshall also has offers from Indiana, San Diego State and Bowling Green.

Marshall says he is beginning to hear from Kerry Coombs.

The Ohio State staff is certainly aware of Marshall. They are sending Marshall mail and Marshall says he is beginning to hear from Kerry Coombs. Marshall says he is not anywhere close to selecting a college and is interested in not only the schools that have offered him, but Ohio State, Michigan, West Virginia, Syracuse and Cincinnati. In fact, Marshall says he grew up as a USC fan and is open to go to any school across the country.
