**Hometown Hesitation? … Wide receiver Taivon Jacobs from District Heights (Md.) Suitland, who committed to the Buckeyes in mid-July, made his official visit to Ohio State over the weekend and everything went great. But there were still rumblings that Jacobs was perhaps questioning his decision to be a Buckeye and might be looking around at another school or schools.
Jacobs says nearby Maryland is trying to get him to make an official visit.
Well, if there is any hesitation on Jacobs’ part you wouldn't know it from what he says.
“I’m 110-percent sold,” Jacobs said. “Commitment for me (is) in the bag.”
On the other hand, Jacobs says nearby Maryland is trying to get him to make an official visit and he is not sure yet if he will or not.
Do we think there is any reason to worry about Jacobs? No. But we are going to stay on top of the situation.
