**Shattered Glass? …. During the first week of July 4-star 2014 safety and Georgia commitment Nick Glass (Atlanta, Ga./St. Pius) said he would not be attending Friday Night Lights, but he was going to fly up to Columbus with his uncle who would be on a business trip July 24-26. Glass said his plan was to make the trip and visit Ohio State for a day or two just before Friday Night Lights.
As late as a week before FNL, Glass talked to OSU assistant Everett Withers about making the visit. However, the visit did not happen. Glass said because the football season is here his coach did not want him to make the trip up to Ohio State. So now Glass plans to visit Ohio State for one of the Buckeyes’ home games.
Glass says he now has 26 scholarship offers including Ohio State. Despite his Georgia commitment Glass plans to attend an Ohio State game, the Michigan at Notre Dame game and some other games this fall.
**What Is The Leadership Committee? … One of the new things head coach Urban Meyer has installed at Ohio State is a “leadership committee” on the team which includes players only.
