Boarding House: Tuesday Edition

**Where There’s A Will … Class of 2014 quarterback Will Ulmer (Washington D.C./St. John’s College) hasn’t been offered a scholarship by the Buckeyes, but he thinks he might when he visits Ohio State for the first time the weekend of Nov. 24 when the Bucks host Michigan.

Ulmer has offers from North Carolina, Maryland, Boston College and Syracuse.

The 6-foot-1 and 180-pound Ulmer is similar in size to Braxton Miller when Miller was a junior in high school and Ulmer runs a “spread” offense at St. John’s College similar to what Urban Meyer has brought to Ohio State. The St. John’s College home jerseys are red/scarlet – and you guessed it – Ulmer wears No. 5 as Miller does. It all adds up to Ulmer looking a lot like Miller right down to the speed factor – Ulmer has run a 10.6 100-meters in track.

Ulmer has offers from North Carolina, Maryland, Boston College and Syracuse. He says he does not have a favorite, but an Ohio State offer would likely bolt the Buckeyes to the No. 1 spot on Ulmer’s list.

**Beanie-Mo Combo? … If you want to peek into the future a bit like Ohio State is doing one of the prospects you need to know is a sophomore running back from the Youngstown area.

*Is he atop the Class of 2015 board?
