**Not Going Back To Cali? … The Buckeyes have moved on in regards to two prospects from the state of California. At one time it looked like both USC wide receiver commitment Sebastian LaRue (Santa Monica, Calif./Santa Monica) and linebacker Auston Johnson (El Camino Community College) would make official visits to Ohio State. In fact they both thought they would visit Ohio State the weekend of Nov. 24 for the Michigan game.

Could Daniels, Jr., be back on the radar? Only one way to find out ...

However, the OSU staff decided against having either LaRue or Johnson visit that weekend and we are told they will not bring either in for visits in the future. In fact we have heard LaRue has been told by the Buckeyes they are going in another direction, and are doing the same thing when it comes to Johnson.

In the case of LaRue, we also are hearing USC might not sign him, and Notre Dame, Texas A&M and possibly UCLA and/or Washington State are other potential destinations for LaRue.

**Retention Planned? … So, it’s always been our contention that Urban Meyer felt obligated to keep Luke Fickell on his staff when he was initially hired at Ohio State. We never had any concrete proof, but we heard enough rumblings to believe that was the case.

*Anything on that?

*Repalcing Hazell?

*Northeast Flavor?
