Jalin Marshall decided to join the party on January 30th.
It all boils down to Wednesday. What if OSU lands three more recruits? What if the class is done? The People's Champ walks you through the possibilities with perspective ...

O-line: take the top 3 Ohio O-linemen each and every year. Knock yourself out after that recruiting others from OOS. But land the top 3 every effing year and the mystery of poor O-lines at tOSU will disappear.
JT and Bollman never took that approach and Warriner seems oblivious to it as well. Warriner ended this season by treating us to an embarrassing display of desperation yesterday, cold-calling a total stranger, Matt Finnin, and pressured him to visit by offering him a scholarship. That's not the stuff a great program like tOSU should become known for. And, of course, it didn't work. Finnin did the intelligent thing and turned down the sloppy-seconds style opportunity.
This is Ohio State, Ed. Look around the state of Ohio before you embarrass yourself further scouring the bottom of the barrel for Nebraska commits.

My love for tOSU and excitement for having Urban here is off the charts. However I have not lost my objectivity. Going undefeated again, even with our cupcake schedule, will likely be tougher than most think. People seem to only focus on the fact that we were 12-0 this past season and forget how closely we came to losing multiple games. I understand that we were better in November than in September, but the fact remains it is hard to reach perfection. Especially after reaching it the year before. The people on this site, who I see have such a high level of sophistication based on your posts, have to realize a NC championship at this point in Urban'a reign is a bit of a reach. Braxton's passing has to improve a lot. A lot. He can't get hurt. The front seven have to live up to expectations. Now I get that we will have 13 games to practice for the NC, but to have it be a foregone conclusion we will win it all may be a little premature. People seem frustrated our 2013 class may end up missing out on a couple of stellar targets. I would hate to see that frustration grow exponentially if we don't win it all next year.

That is a very sweet article. Sometimes you do have to step back and smell the coffee, admire the view, be thankful for what has come to pass, ha ha. This is as exciting a time as I can remember in the last 50 years of Buckeye football. So excited to be a Buckeye fan, and thankful for Our coaching staff, team, and tOSU in general. My two oldest sons will both be students there this fall. How exciting is that.
