Tyquan Lewis has visited Ohio State twice in just over a month

Buckeye defensive end/linebacker target Tyquan Lewis visited Ohio State with his mother over the weekend. Lewis says she was impressed and called Urban Meyer “cool.”

"It was alright"=not exactly a ringing endorsement. If he goes on other visits before popping for tOSU he aint coming IMO.

As long as his mom doesn't find out that LSU & Auburn pay better, hire os GF & give his mom a "job" . We will be alright.

If he thinks Carolina, LSU and tOSU "are all about the same, really", that means his Mom's preference could be the deciding factor. Most Moms want sons to stay close to home. This is starting to feel like the Stefon Diggs fiasco to me.

I think you have to look at the prospects personality also, he prbly is trying to act indifferent, he won't bring his mom al they way up here. Plus I heard on FRR , he is very laid back, so it's alright could be poker facing.

It's funny how unless a recruit is professing his love for OSU, there are Buckeye fans who seem to abandon hope, say they didn't really want him or he no longer is good. And even the ones that do profess their love these posters will say "why hasnt he committed yet?" "He's a prima donna", "he's playing games"...there are some really impatient/insecure posters. LONG way to go in the process. Chill.

I am baffled how anyone could read that and somehow jump to the conclusion that he has now cooled on Ohio State. The only part of that that could somewhat be taken as having cooled on us is when he said "it was alright". But he also said his mom liked Urban, thought he was a good guy, and was funny. He even explicitly states OSU, UNC, and LSU are all still even now and Kurlic's feeling is that its still is a neck and neck race between us and UNC.
Nothing has changed for him. He just wants to take his time. Anyone assuming he is cooling on us, is just needlessly freaking out about it in my opinion.

Agree there's no rush if the communication lines remain open between player and school, but didn't he say in an earlier article he would like to get this over with before the start of the football season? I don't know when fall camp starts in NC, but 2 a days started today for most in OH and I believe the first games are played on Thursday 8/24, and the rest follow on Friday and Saturday. Gives him a few weeks to decide. He may have a great poker face and I still think we get him.
