I'd say JT Barrett, D Wilson, Mike Mitchell, V Bell, Clark, E Elliott just for starters.

Too many to mention! The ONLY OOS recruits JT would still have: Apple, C.Smith. With outside shots at Clark and Bosa.
Tressel would probably have at least one of TTUN's OL, Thomas, D.Green, D.Smith, Butt, and McCray from instate.

Since Mitch Trubisky's name came up here, I thought it was interesting that Urban essentially mentioned him in his radio interview, saying there was an Ohio QB who was very good who they wanted to have come down and throw for them at camp before they gave a full offer, but he did not want to have to earn the offer and verballed to UNC very early instead.
I know some on this board complained that we lost him out of state, but it was tough on the staff not having 2011 to evaluate prospects, and Mitch appeared to be one we lost due to that.
Everyone who had come in contact with JT Barrett so far has raved about his leadership abilities though, in addition to his impressive abilities shown on film, so I don't think we will look back on this as much of a miss.

None of them. Tressel was the worst coach ever. He had Bollman on his staff for Gods sake. How good could he have been? All you young kids - if you ever hear anything about Tressel being 9-1 against michigan, winning the National Championship against a team with a 34 game winning streak, winning 7 Big10 championships, putting more guys in the nfl than any other program, finishing first in the APR and in the top 10 consistently - just ignore those facts and concentrate on bullshit like this thread. WTF.

As much as I love Tressel he does not compare to Meyer, completely differant styles in coaching and recruiting. This is now the new era of BUCKEYE football

Right on. I love having Urban but he replaced a coach who was only second to Woody for what he did for the program.

Tress was great at recruiting every position except OL. Name one position besides OL that suffered under his watch. Is he a better recruiter than Meyer-No, but he was still one of the best in the business. To be honest, JT Fickell and Johnson carried recruiting for the last part of his OSU career.
