Yes, he is. I think the move to WR during the Opening events caused some to re-evaluate him downward.

Bosa did not get his and Shane Morris got his fifth.
All of the opening camp. I'll take game film and level of competition over running around in shorts any day of the week.

I think a lot of his ranking was also based on the thought that he was some electric speed demon like Teddy Ginn but his 40 was average at the opening.

Let's see where Taco moves who was getting his ass whooped at the camps but still listed as a top 5 Ohio prospect.

Are they drunk, stupid, or both? Please 247 find and explain to us all 25 who are better than Bosa?? He didn't camp? What does Bosa have to prove to anyone? Nevermind the fact that Jalin would easily play D1 at qb, rb, wr, cb, and saftey..I know rankings are meaningless in the end but how can anyone possibly think that shane morris is a better college football player than Jalin? Morons.

Got to admit, I subscribe to 247/bucknuts because of the articles and content....not rankings. They are probably the worst ranking site out of all of them. I consistently check other sites for rating players before I would use 247. Just my opinion.

Espn is by far the worst however after seeing some of the stunts that 247 has pulled this year I dont know what the hell they are doing. No site is perfect but in my opinion noone in the business even touches rivals in terms of rankings. They are usually pretty close.

Eh. Seems reasonable. I see nothing sinister or stupid in 247's work here.
First, we all know that rankings are VERY subjective.
I don't think 247 has a relationship with Nike/Opening Camp...so I would not expect that to be a primary ranking driver. However, I agree it should be taken into account since 247 covered the event.
Very understandable about Marshall and Bosa. Jalin has maintained he wants to try QB, but did not show as a top 1 or 2 QB at elite11. He has camped as a WR, but has never plated a live snap at the position. And his "freak athlete" image took a slight hit at Opening due to his 40 (and lack of finalist SPARQ reslut). Bosa simply hasn't camped.
So 247 had no reason to upgrade Bosa and Jalin took a slight step down based on camp results.
Taco is more of a mystery. One would think his non-stellar camp performances would rate a revision downward. I guess that's where subjective comes in.

I wouldn't be that pissed about it if it wasn't for Taco staying. What happened to "it's all about potential"? Marshall is raw as hell at receiver and they drop him for being inexperienced at WR??
