The Vrabel affect with his young age, what he did in Super Bowls recently and these kids saw him, what great shape he is in and he gets after it in practice, and he would be their position coach is huge.
Had a big affect on Bosa as well.
Vrabel is a heck of a good person as well.
Come on Hurst, pull the trigger and be a Buckeye.

Just look at this staff... age, energy and the shape most of the are in... I think these guys can relate really well to these kids. National Championship & Super Bowl rings speak to these kids...
