After watching the film he has a lot to learn about being a LB in the BIG. I like his film, but very unlikely he could start right away.

We are getting a lot of "official visits" yet we have very few open scholarships. How will Urban determine who does/doesn't get them? Is it first come first served?

Virginia Tech isn't helping its case of bringing Joel Caleb, or ANYONE for that matter to their school after all these shootings.. My heart goes out to the officer's family who was shot and killed today on campus.

Don't forget about Schutt, It's been along time since we have considered him that I think some forget what a freck athlete he is. I would have him in the top 5 somewhere.

As I keep saying, sign them all, then use the LSU NCAA SIGNING COMPLIANCE MANUAL to calculate that 30+29+28+32= 85 and no NCAA problems (actual LSU numbers per Oversigning.com).

He has been underrated in the process, so that often happens when a kid is under the radar for a while.

I'm certainly no "insider", but i'll give you what i know from ECU's side.
The kid has a really good relationship with Coach Ruff. Coach Ruff is personally recruiting this guy, and like you said, has been for a long time (his Jr. year is when we started seeing his name pop up). IF he stays in state, he will be a Pirate. IF he's a Pirate, it will be 100% attributed to his relationship with Coach Ruff.
That being said, the kid is talented and can make a big splash at a major program. Doubt he chooses ECU. I don't know much else, but i thought i would share what i know from ECU's side.

Add him to the stack at the real LB U ! Feel good about Klein-Grant-Sabino and Shazier but McVey likely not back. Whiting will fade without a peep, Durham who knows ??? Crowell - How good is he esp after injury ?
