  • D looks good but I worry about the lb. I'm not sure why Moeller doesn't play the will take either Klein, Sweat. or Bino out and play Clarke at the star Moeller is the sam that holds the te Sweat is a true mike who does not do well in space. Klein, Shazier or Bino can play the will. This offers us the best chance to win imo.

  • Not sure how you can talk about the defense and not mention Bryant and Barnett smacking the piss out of everyone who thought about touching the ball. Those two are making WR think twice about what they are going to do out there. This defense (minus the LB) is off the charts and can't wait for them to continue to grow.

  • It's crazy just how important Hankins and Simon are to the defense. These 2 and the rest of the Dline are going to have to play just as well if not better against Wisky for us to have a chance.

From an opponents perspective with our offense, I'm not sure if Wisconsin is that much better defensively than Illinois. Will we need to pass better than 1/4 to beat Wisky? Absolutely. But it will be important for us to run the ball well in order to keep the clock running and Wiskys offense on the bench. It was extremely impressive to watch our oline moving a solid Illinois dline back nearly every play. No doubt the best Ive seen the Oline play in years.

One thing Bob Davie said, even though I dont think he is that great of an announcer, that really stuck out to me and is so true was the fact that Boom has "fresh legs" compared to everyone else thats played for 6 weeks. Yea hes been practicing, but in-season practice is not that intense compared to games.

Its good to see we have three great backs we can ride the season out with, We need to see more Hyde than we did against Illinois, but he also needs to have a more positive attitude.

Using 3 solid backs really helped Wisky last year, so hopefully we can get the same.

These are some thoughts I had after watching the replay
