Bama and Georgia meet in two weeks, guess what, one of them loses. OSU at #3, especially if we close the last month of the season winning at Penn State, at Wisconsin and over Michigan. Nebraska is going to finish 11-2 most likely and off the the Rose Bowl, and we beat them by 25. Central Florida should end 9-3, and we won at top 15 MSU on the road. Still, that is a solid schedule to go 12-0, you have to admit that at some point, especially road wins at MSU, at PSU and at Wisconsin. If SC could upset Notre Dame, we could be at#2 before the bowls start.
This too shall pass...

Penn State lost to Virginia and OHIO! Michigan struggled with Air Force! Wisconsin struggled with Utah State, UTEP, and Northern Iowa. Nebraska has been the only consistently good team in this conference this year and it shows in the rankings. They've lost 2 games to 2 better teams. But if you want to convince me they are better than Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, LSU, and TAMU, forget it because you can't. They aren't very impressive either.
Save the "they struggled with" arguments because THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY struggled with Indiana, Purdue, Cal and UAB... I don't see anyone talking about how we struggled with inferior teams. You guys are just talking about the fact that WE WON those games which is all that matters! Don't use the "they struggled and looked bad" argument if you aren't going to do it across the board. There is a reason why the SEC has won 6 straight National Titles... Until they are beaten in big games, no one cares about anything else.

we are NOT going to end up 1 under any circumstances. the ap is not going to put a team on probation whose ineligible for their conf. champ. game and doesn't get tested in a bowl game in the 1 spot. ain't gonna happen. whoever wins the title game will be 1.

You're on crack if you think those five SEC teams would just roll in the B1G unscathed. Nothing I've seen of those teams, and I've watched almost every game of theirs this year, even remotely suggests they would simply skate by in the B1G.
Quit watching Sportscenter and actually WATCH the games. You can't convince me Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska, and Penn State wouldn't give those teams all they could handle and beat some of them.

Exactly.
The SEC is the best conference this year because they have a lot of good teams. None of them are great, and though their top 5 teams (Alabama, A&M, Florida, Georgia, LSU) would all have a shot at winning the Big Ten, they would all have close games that they could potentially lose. It's not like they'd roll through our five best teams with an average winning margin of 20 points a game.

Georgia beat the dog shit out of Florida who is better than any team we've faced all year... Just kill the HATE for a second and come to the realization that we have played a schedule like the 2011 scUM wolverines. It sucks but it's true! Georgia, Florida, and LSU would all win this conference going away... South Carolina and Texas A&M are more talented than anyone in this conference with maybe the exception of OSU as well. Tell me a Big10 roster you would take over any of those schools. That's just it, you can't. We'll see when the bowl games roll around and all the SEC teams house the Big10 teams they play.

Penn State would beat LSU but lose to Virgina? Wisconsin can't beat and almost get shutout by Oregon State but they can beat Florida? Michigan needs a last minute stop at HOME to beat Air Force but they could beat Georgia? Get over it... this conference is ASS and you know it. Stop hyping up below average teams just because you hate the SEC. Every team has bad weeks where they don't play well and don't look sexy but if you think that those pathetic Big Ten teams could go into the SEC and win games you're either deaf, blind or plum dumb. Michigan in the SEC would be no better than Mississippi State... Beating bad teams and getting housed by the good teams. Imagine Wisconsin in the SEC lol... They'd beat the lower tier SEC teams for most part. I respect quality football... I'm not a hater. I watch all the games every week for the most part and this race isn't even close.

Horseshit.
Florida has struggled WAY too many times with inferior opponents for me to think that a Michigan, Nebraska, Wisconsin, or even a Penn State wouldn't be able to knock them off. Same with South Carolina, LSU, and Georgia. Alabama looked god tier until they had to play LSU and A&M back to back weeks. The SEC is far closer to the B1G than most would like to admit.

LSU can barely get by Towson but they'd sleepwalk to a double digit win in happy valley? Florida needs a last second punt block to escape LAL AT HOME and struggle with BGSU, but would stroll through @Madison, @Happy Valley, @Columbus without blinking an eye? South Carolina looked to have met their match with Wofford this week. Louisiana Monroe made a laughing stock of both Auburn and Arkansas. Vanderbilt, which has been holding its own, can't beat Northwestern. Alabama got dominated at home by a middle of the pack Big12 team.
The truth is your little comparison game can be played both ways. Outside of the top 1 or 2 teams in each conference, CFB sucks this year, and the SEC was not immune to this.

College football doesn't suck, there is something called parity... Something we aren't used to. Tell me what BigTen rosters you would take over Florida, Georgia, LSU, SC, and TAMU... Ohio State and who else? I can't think of 1... Yea those teams struggled but that happens all the time when you play teams you should blow out. We come here and bitch about our team after every game. Fire Fickell, the defense sucks, play Guiton more... we've struggle vs a lot of inferior teams over the last few years. Teams play down to their competition quite often. I don't get too hype about that... I care more about how teams play against good competition. That's more of an indication of how good they are unless they just keep losing games.
