Good thread... some people here wanted his scholly taken just becaus they didnt think he was good enough. Well if thats the case we might as well turn into an SEC team because thats what they do all day every day. This is college, not the pros! If anyone believes a player should be booted or have his scholly taken because "they" think he isn't good enough, they should have their asses kicked! if a coach offers a kid and he comes here and does everything right besides be a great football player then thats on the coach for making a bad choice of talent. I dont want kids booted just to get the next best 4/5* player in recruiting, thats BS and totally whack. I hope AG becomes a nice player here and represents the Nation to the fullest like everyone else.

Can you imagine the hype and pub he will get if he actually does turn into a contributor? It will be through the roof! BTW, my brother was in town and we were both fortunate enough to actually meet with and chat for a moment with Pops Griffin at the student/family and friends practice last weekend. Cool, down to earth guy but boy was security scrutinizing and monitoring people's every move around him ala Obama.
