Tom Deleone was a pretty good center for the Browns in the 70s and Pete Johnson had a few decent years as a punishing fullback.
Added: William Roberts (Giants OL in the 80s) and Chris Ward (Jets OT in the late 70s / early 80s) were pretty good. Bob Brudzinski was a decent LB in the mid 70s - mid 80s for the Rams and Dolphins.

Hard to find fault with any on your list. I am not promoting Rufas Mayes and Dave Foley at tackle. Both had long NFL careers even though neither ever started a game during their NFL career. What I remember reading is Mayes 11 years and no starts and Foley 9 years with no starts. Very hard to believe.
Doug Bubba France, OT, 1st round pick of the Rams in 75. I think he was all pro a couple times. I believe his career spanned 9 or 10 years.
