see i had an entirely different take on this thread. I thought about sheryl crow....i guess I would if I were single again.

So Duane knows more than Meyer... I just hope you were being sarcastic. .

Why say that? None of us know more than Meyer. Why have a forum then? Why bother discussing opinions if we can only agree with what Meyer says.

We come here to discuss and share opinions. But to often it's about trying to prove someone wrong or telling them how dumb they are for their comments.
People have differences of opinions, it's normal. Hell, coaches within the same staffs do as well.

luther, the thread wasn't about Duane .. until this Akron whatever said he knows more football than all of us posters (maybe so ) ..

We are allowed to discuss anything we want, whatever we want .. but you will never see me act like I know more than a coach or what a player is going through.. you can share your opinion without being a condescending asshole..

At this point , no one is wrong or right .. whatever your position is just stick to it ..when the time comes , you can atleast be a man and admit you were wrong ..nothing wrong with that ..then we move on to the next coach we or player we want fired or benched ...easy..

I don't think there is any cosmic board Justice or anything ... but we all have opinions and positions on certian things .. which is alright ..

The whole “so you know more than Meyer" card seems to get used a lot around here. I'm not saying it's just you, many use it. If all we just agreed with everything the coaches did, that would lead to some awful boring conversations.

In this case it legit.. Obviously Meyer thinks highly of Hall... Like I said , I was only provoked to use that card.. By that poster playing the " you know more than Duane card"..

Discussions & varying opinions are good, just because you respect Meyer or Tressel doesn't mean you can't have an opinion.. Me personally I don't likr Braxton taking too many hits.. Would rather have a power running game.. You won't catch me disrespecting the coaches or pretending to know more than them..

You look @ the circumstances & analyze why they made their respective decesions.. Btw some people are just ridicolous on here also. They don't look at the whole picture neither..

Give you an example 2011 some fans bought into the whole shock the world thing with a team with no head coach & a bunch of freshmen.. Rationally that is crazy... But the bucknut staff, hyped it up .. When it came crushing down ..it was fickell & bollmans fault .. Lol..

If you tried to reason with anyone they would have shut you down.. ..

There is nothing wrong with debate, Personally I don't fall in love with some kids HS tape..

Hall coming back is great for the team..
