I thought the whole thing was just warmed over nothing. Maybe I already knew too much about him. They spent way too much time talking to Michigan people.

I am ok with Keith Jackson. He did the show professionally and did many a woody game during his career. Including I think the gator? In fact as I recall, was he criticized for not slamming woody during the game?

Woody was actually a color commentator on one of Keith Jackson's broadcasts in 1974....it was the USC-ND game in which USC came back from a 24-3 halftime deficit to win 55-24. Of course, Ohio State played USC in the Rose Bowl at seasons end..

I remember Jackson saying he went belly-to-belly with Woody more than once, but I didn't see anything wrong with the narration.

I can't watch BTN. I know that it is going to be a billboard for the Big Ten, but the need for it to be so spread out evenly makes it unbearable to watch.
