Bleacher Report Prediction...Ha ha ha...

  • This was written by a guy that starts the story out by saying he is a huge Buckeye fan. His name is Soven Bery (how can anyone with that name be a American football fan? I now wonder if he thought he was writing an article on soccer...you know futball...)

    Anyways, he says the Buckeyes will struggle next year because of the transition to Meyer. He predicts the Buckeyes will finish anywhere from 6-6 to 9-3.

    He predicts losses to Michigan State, Wisconsin and scUm and the Nebraska game will be a toss up. He also says that Mich. State has the best defense in the Big 10.

    Here are a couple of his quotes:

    "This team isn't playing for the present, it's playing for the future".

    "The year will be a struggle".

    (best one, ya ready?) "The talent will be in Columbus, but, the WILL to win will be non-existent".

    This is so stupid I cannot believe this guy can call himself a jounalist. What is his background and what does he know about (American) football? What are his credentials?

    I will let you guys tear him up....

    I said the same thing before last season when someone started a thread just like this before the season. I agree is it highly unlikely, but you ever know.

    Last year was a different animal. You take the same team with a different coach and things are a different story. No hate to Fickle he just wasn't ready for the responsibility.

  • I'm thinking more like 9-3. I do think we have 5 roughly 'toss-up' games and a few more that we shouldn't but could lose if we aren't sharp.
