Some worship at the SEC alter too much. If this thread were about O, then that would be much more acceptable, but it is not acceptable when talking about D. tOSU D over the past decade would have been at the top of the SEC pile.

I just look to the NFL, way more pro-bowl defensive players come out of the big10 than any conference. sure the sec might get them drafted left and right but the defenses ran in the sec dont always transition well into the NFL due to the mass of pro-style offenses as were sec is more spread oriented. just look at the last 5 years of super bowls and playoff games the teams with a heavy dose of big10 ran the table.

Now only if Nike was based in New Albany instead of Eugene... can someone talk Abercrombie into making athletic apparel?

I agree the SEC has bin on a roll and there Defences have bin special we have had some great players and tough defense but what we are putting together is going to be really special the Offense will follow !!!!
