Sorry I see these comment above about a development player. This is Ohio State we don't offer kids that MIGHT develop into "good" players. We get the top talent and win championships. He's smart is like saying she has a great personality to the girl you take to prom! This guy is not a top talent, sorry. I like to hear things like great scorer, freak athlete, down town shooter with great accuracy, amazing handle and speed. He has none of those things. looked very slow to me.

Wow....Horschack hasn't aged at all!

I have not seen him play but we don't have to have someone who can play right away. It would be nice but we can survive without an instant hot shot.

We deperately need a shooter down the road. Thompson and Scott are two great athletes but have no shooting touch. Diebler did look like a goober and was used to being the big man on the floor in high school but he had a great basketball IQ, was a smart effieicent defender, a good passer and improved his moving without the ball and shooting percentage every year. Many Euros have these skills. I trust the Matta brain trust to make the right call.
