I'm gong to lay out the football schedule for the next 5 years, show me one, just one game Ohio State fans would find acceptable to lose.

I-O Unfortunately I live in greater Cincy and have to put up with no tOSU coverage...I sent a scathing letter to the editor's of the worst rag in the country, The Enquirer, as this Sunday they didn't have 1 mention of the OSU/Gonzaga game at all....not 1....they had stories on Kentucky ,Indiana,Louisville, UC, Xavier and hell they even had the Ohio University score and recap but not one mention of tOSU....a state school, you know, the largest one in the country.....and not one peep about the Buckeyes....that shows you what a turd paper the Enqueer really is....we had better wipe the floor with the bearkitties or it will be a long summer..........
GO BUCKS!

That's amazing! I understand the coverage of other schools which are geographically close by, but to have no coverage of tOSU has to be a conscious decision at the paper. Someone on the editorial staff is poking their finger in tOSU's eye, just for the sadistic fun of it. An editorial decsion like that -- to ignore your state's largest university and it's very successful basketball program-- would get you a failing grade in any journalism school in America.
Tell me there's at least a story today about the state sending 4 teams to the Sweet 16.

Full Sweet 16 schedule:
Thursday East in Boston Syracuse vs. Wisconsin, 7:15 p.m. (CBS) Ohio State vs. Cincinnati, 9:45 p.m. (CBS)
West in Phoenix Michigan State vs. Louisville, 7:47 p.m. (TNT) Marquette vs. Florida, 10:17 p.m. (TNT)
Friday South in Atlanta Baylor vs. Xavier, 7:15 p.m. (CBS) Kentucky vs. Indiana, 9:45 p.m. (CBS)
Midwest in St. Louis North Carolina vs. Ohio U., 7:47 p.m. (TBS) N.C. State vs. Kansas, 10:17 p.m. (TBS)
Saturday Regional finals TBA, 4:15 and 6:45 p.m. (CBS) If it's OSU-Syracuse, my guess is that goes on last
Sunday Regional finals TBA 2 and 4:30 p.m. (CBS)
Somebody Tweeted that there are 17 combined Ohio players on the 4 Ohio teams still playing. And it's the first time the Sweet 16 has had 4 teams from one state. Great stuff.
Big Ten has four in Sweet 16 first time since 1999.

Look, this IS a hsitoric stance by the editorial staff. It was the same thing in the 1950's when I was growing up in Cincy. I didn't think much about it then because that was just the way it was --- UC, Miami, ND and Xavier all sports, Kentucky and Indiana in BB, and Louisvile was largely ignored. OSU might be mentioned from time to time, but OSU was largely viewed as outside our (Cincinnati's) realm of importance. Could it be that the editorial practice has simply NEVER been refocused?? I know that Cincy was very provincial, but over the years I would have hoped that it had come out of its provincial shell, but maybe not (I haven't lived in CIncy since going to OSU in 1960).
