I just think baggae aside we'd be foolish not to at least kick the tires on this kid as we appear to have been doing all along.
If he wants in, based on our current WR situation we'd have to take him. He is a better version of Devin Smith, no? And that's a good thing.

True. It won't matter how much talent you have if you keep getting into trouble and as a consequence not being able to play.
Anyone remember Ray Small? Good talent at the collegiate level. Almost a complete waste because of being suspended all the time.

Good point about the length of the leash now versus before. That is a good thing, but there will always be kids that "push the envelope" in whatever situation they are in. Is Foster one of those? Probably not, but you never know.

You make good points and I'm inclined to agree, but something in the back of my mind leans towards "be careful". I felt the same way with Pryor. Was he worth the risk? There are arguments on both sides of that, so we'll see how it all plays out. He is definitely a talent.

If he is , in fact, a high "risk" recruit..... The Tide would be the logical choice.... No?
