Excellent points. You know, I watched this several times and thought to myself that some "ambulance chasing attorney" would be contacting the girls family to press charges. The bus driver most likely will lose his job or at minimum be suspended. Let's say this goes to court and the girl is awarded $100,000. What does that say about our judicial system where an out of control passenger can abuse a city worker (verbally and physically) to the point where an all out rumble ensues, only to get herself Clubber Lang'd, then shouting to the driver "now you going to jail, Bitch!". I don't care what anyone says, the loudmouth got what was coming to her. Even my fiancé said that the girl got what she deserves. I believe in chivalry and in 99% of situations a man should never put his hands on a woman - but that passenger was no woman. I've never seen a "woman" talk and behave like that. I'm in no way condoning the bus drivers actions but it's super easy to see why he overreached (pun intended). Disturbing story, indeed.

She was never completely off the bus I don't think. He threw her down the mini-stairwell and it looked like she had literally been "tossed to the curb" but I think she was just on the ground by the door (never off the bus). Then she comes charging right back. That girl is like hell's version of the Energizer Bunny.
