Michigan already has 26 commits this year and I'm guessing Green will be the 27th and most likely their last for this signing period. Anyone else have any idea how many more they can actually take?

I just assumed they would forego Green for another O lineman. Got to keep the cupboard full.

I read somewhere that Hoke is planning on cutting all positions and just having 85 scholarship linemen onboard.

Not so fast on Hunt. I don't think he is our first choice for an OLman. And then we have no idea as to the staff's priorities. We may look to take two WRs/Playmakers especially with the Carrigan of Oregon being on the table. We don't know where Wilson fits in this picture. I would think that he would have to be a receiver for us to take him because Urban has told Elliott that he would be the only RB takes (even though he may start out in a receiving role). A lot of uncertainity going into the final three weeks but for certain these weeks will be suspenseful and the end results will be great. I am just going to sit back and enjoy.

Well if they want an OL I figured they should just take whoever commits first. 6'10 scares me when it comes to a tackle and leverage

I'm assuming Cal is still his leader...did he ever officially de-commit?
It would not surprise me one bit if meatchicken called up Green and told him he was no longer interested because he needed to add yet ANOTHER Olineman to the class...what an idiot!

Ends in College tend to be speed rushers and you want length at tackle for that.

Yes I understand length helps tackles. But speed rushers are also taught to get under tall tackles and low man wins in that battle just ask Duane. There is tall and then maybe too tall. If and end can't get under your tackle all day and use leverage then he is no good. Thanks though.
