CS (Customer Service, not Chicken Sh!t) has ALWAYS been a sore spot industry wide, for decades! They have you over a barrel when you're broke down (loss of revenue, on time delevery record shot to sh!t, in some cases redelivery charges, or customers refusal to accept. etc.). You have to have it fixed AND properly, ASAP. Most shops act as if they have a 3 yr backlog. If you don't like it, take it some where else (that comment it usually delivered with a generous smirk). My nephew's truck has been sitting for ten days @ Ohio Cat waiting for warrenty work. They were in a hurry to collect $26,000 for the overhaul, not so much, for the repairs (that should have been done right in the first place) I could give you a quite lengthy list of what NOT to do/or treat customers. I had a small trking co. (over 3.1 mil in annual sales) for ten yrs. complete with my own shop-man the stories. PM me sometime if you'ld like an outside opinion. Not trying to rant, Sorry Boys (and Girls).

Note* When we closed, 34 good paying jobs were lost forever. A tip of the Hat to the people who control the cost of fuel. sarcasmI (and my wife) would be more than happy to .lynchmob express our views on fuel costs to small business. Happy Resession America (no I'm not bitter, but, I'm still a bit p!ssed off)!

I had a mortgage office with 20 employees I had to close and that hurt. I was very proud to provide an environment that people could work and make a good living to support their families. It took me a couple of years to finally get over the whole thing.

I left an awesome bank job to become a distributor for a Lubrication company that is helping save trucking companies across the country by saving them a minimum of 7,400 per truck yearly on their fuel costs and oil changes. The great thing about my products is those savings are just a fantastic side effect. The real reason is for the protection of the engine. our products increase production and promote longevity so the down time will be almost gone. It is very difficult to get people to really trust someone selling them a product that seems to good to be true, they call it snake oil mostly. I have had the opportunity to break down walls of master mechanics of 35 yrs and they use nothing but my products now. Hell they have pretty much offered to fire anyone using other products.

You nephew won't have an experience like this if he gives me a call. PM me for my info.

    O-H!!!
