The joke about Hinton around the 10 to 13 minute mark is classic. I also like his comparison of teaching vs presenting. At this level, you would expect that a coach tells a kid what he needs to do, and the kid works hard to get it done. But to Urban's point, if the kid doesn't get it done, its not just him that's affected. The jobs of the entire staff are dependent on the players getting it.

Yeah this was posted 2 weeks ago, but definitely worth a listen if you haven't already. It is an hour talk but feels like 15 minutes it moves so fast.
