Love this guy. I'm not saying Lichter didn't get our guys ready, but sometimes you need to hear a new voice, and there seems to be NO WAY you won't be hearing this guy loud and clear as a player. Really like his comments near the end, esp, "Effort is not genetic" and "Its about speed, but its more about ACCELERATION". Good vid.

Marotti even sounds like Meyer. These two have obviously influenced each other a great deal over the course of their working relationship. It's no wonder Marotti was the first guy Urban called when he got the gig. These guys are brothers from a different mother.

After watching this video I want to run through a brick wall. He gets you pumped up to get better. The kids have to love thus guy. Like he said kids eat discipline up they love it. Can't wait for spring practice to start.
