Not looking like it to me.
Sure, we can get beat by plenty of them but there isn't a team that puts fear in my eyes.
March Madness scares me.
I DO LOVE being in Dayton, of course, but the reality as George Mason has shown, Butler, VCU etc..whomever you are playing is dangerous and also has momentum because they too are on somewhat of a roll by winning a game or two..etc..
I'd prefer ISU over ND...but I like our draw so much better than MSU and Meeechigans..
Wisky is the most deserving of worry, but I love this bracket!
Those Who Stay Will Be Championshipless
I completely agree
We are coming for you Bama!
Really don't want a rematch with Wisky, would rather play Gonzaga...
Not scared of ND, but not too crazy about an early round match up, they defend the interior and make you hit outside shots. Could be great if Thomas, Thompson, Ross and Co are hitting them, could be a nail biter if not...
Something about Kansas st makes me nervous but I do not know what it is
Bruce Weber is the coach. Don't worry
With our offense I enen worry about the first game. The Gaels are 2nd highest scoring team in nation at 80 ppg...have a stud guard Mo Mo Jones at 23 ppg... and shoot a ton of 3s (25+ per game). Oh, and BTW they are from the same conference as Siena...who we lost to in Dayton in first round.

That team had PJ Hill as their point guard(with Turner as a pseudo PG).
I LOVE PJ Hill's heart and hustle. His game was lacking in several areas
Remember it all too well...PJ did not execute a foul called by Matta and they hit a 3 to send to OT...and then a young ET didn't make the plays down the stretch.

Wow, too be honest , No. I don't think there is a team in this bracket who can beat the Bucks playing well. Not saying they have to play there A game either. I just think the Buckeye defense is just too good for any other school. I know the "experts" will say the Buckeyes go as DT goes, if he is not hitting or if you guard DT then the Buckeyes struggle on offense. Well that is just crap. They have a lot of options of guys who just have to play there roles.
Wether it is AC taking over at times, Q hitting some big shots, Sam hitting some key shots or SS just chipping in for some points. Lenzel can get hot and put 20 + on the board. Rav is also capable of doing his thing on both ends. I just don't think that no one on, literally the entire team, is not going to pick up the offensive slack. If this team relied only on the 3 ball, and was basically all a bunch of jump shooters then yeah I might be worried. I have seen ND they are not that good at defending the paint that a cold shooting Buckeye team won't be able to score. In fact If ND wants to force everything outside the arc, then giving any D1 players wide up look after look will eventually kill you. The diversity of using 3 or even 4 guards with DT, makes this team able to matchup with anyone in anyway imaginable.
Yeah I am a big one looking thru Scarlet and Gray glasses, but defense doesn't go in slumps, unless the team just elects to not show up with the usual intensity.
I said in another thread, but New Mexico St. Is Really good. I would rather not face them.
Actually, I think it's a pretty tough bracket - ND or ISU will not be easy. Then there's NM or AZ - both very good teams. And then perhaps Wiscy or Zaga (or maybe KSU) - all tough. This will not be an easy road to the F4, but then again, the last 7 games have not been easy either. One really good thing about this stretch run for the Bucks is that they KNOW they can hang with anyone, and ultimately their D has stepped up late to get some breathing room. I think OSU's D will continue to be very tough through the tournament - it will depend on their offense whether they have a deep run in them or not. Everyone needs to step up. I believe they absolutely can get to the F4. Will they? It's gonna be fun to watch. My prediction: Louisville, Georgetown, Miami, and yes OSU. Go Bucks!!!

Buckeyes won't play a better team than they beat this weekend until they get to the Final Four. Wisconsin is only team that scares me in the entire regional.

IMO our two toughest opponents would be ND and possibly gonzaga. We should beat the rest of our bracket without playing our absolute A game. As long as they stay focused they should make it to the championship game.
Is this finally when amir williams breaks out? Can craft continue to score? Does Thomas score consistently? Those IMO are the keys.
I don't think these teams have seen a guard combo defensively like Scott and Craft. When they are both in together, other teams guards just aren't going to get the open looks they've been getting during their season.
With that said, we still have to score, i'm hoping teams play an up tempo game with us and Scott/Craft push the ball with Thompson/Smith/Ross/Thomas filling the lanes. Our offense will thrive in those situations I believe. if the layup isn't there, kick it out to Thomas for a 3...
W could not have asked for a better path to the FF. We are battle tested and IMO played mediocre offensively today. If we start hitting outside shots we are gonna kill people.
This was exactly the matchups I wanted. I would not be surprised by a Wisky/OSU rematch in the EE.
I absolutely love our Region and love our half of the bracket. I do not fear Louisville for some reason. I feel someone will get hot and beat them.
I think MSU might make the FF in that region as well.
IMO Kansas has the SOB bracket.
Nope, I was so happy when I heard we got Gonzaga's bracket. I'd say that Gonzaga is the third best team in our bracket (Ohio State the best and Wisconsin second).
We may have lost the battle......but not the war.
Wiscy, we played and beat (also lost) to better teams this year during B1G play..
