Boom. Love him giving us occasional shouts.
Yep my wife heard it in the other room and asked if she herd it right. He has mentioned before that he reads bucknuts almost everyday!
I have always maintained that Cowherd is a closet OSU fan. Things like this just help confirm it.
For those who missed it, he was responding to a Penn State fan that said it was unfair he was judging the Paterno family report even though Cowherd admitted he didn't read the Paterno family report in entirety. Cowherd then said:
"You're the same fans who go to message boards, you don't watch once ounce of film, but you call for the coach's head. You want him fired on Bucknuts.com."
Hi Colin! Love you man.

Awesome. Like cowherd or not but there's no arguing his snow reaches a lot of people who believe it or not have never been to bucknuts.com. He might help us to grow if he plugs us enough.
Lets get Cowherd on FRR!
If you notice, ESPN talent is not allowed to appear on non-ESPN shows. Example, Cowherd could not make a guest appearance on Dan Patrick's show.
So, the chances of us getting Cowherd for FRR are zero.
(Note: I'm talking about actual big-name ESPN talent in Bristol. They do allow their bloggers such as the Big Ten's Adam Rittenberg -- who I think does a good job -- make appearances on outlets not affiliated with ESPN. We've had him on FRR many times. But the big guns aren't supposed to go on any non-ESPN shows. I suppose this means Kirk Herbstreit broke the rules when he came in-studio with us for over an hour two summers ago.)

honestly i think he gets a kick out of saying the name, bucknuts.
It probably does have more to do with that than him thinking we're the bastion of sports journalism, but I still appreciate it.
I miss my Kate Upton Picture
