No knock on Chicago or Indy, but why not Columbus (Nationwide) or anywhere else? Almost every team has a pro arena/stadium in close proximity that would be a host neutral site. I'd love see it in Columbus. I don't travel to Chicago or Indy because I always take the following thurs/friday off and travel to games for the Big Dance. Also, there were tons of emptys last nite for thiose "sellout" games...would not see that here I'd bet.
I was in Indy last year for the Tourny. Was really surprised by the numerous hotel rooms in downtown Indy, specifically Marriott, where we were staying. All within walking distance to Conseco. Plenty of restaurants too. The arena district in Columbus would be nice, not sure about hotel rooms? Indy and Chicago are more centrally located for all teams. Not so sure with new expansion. Minneapolis would be nice but not centrally located.
