Missiouri is a very bad team... they had a couple years of a run, but that is it.
Missouri football has gone bowling the last 7 years, with three 10-win seasons during that span.
Missouri Bball has 2 elite eight appearances over the last 10 years.
That's pretty good actually, certainly doesn't qualify for "very bad".
That is totally not the point though. If this was 2000 - 2003 UMD would be ideal. BCS in football, National Champs in Bball. There will be an ebb and flow but the money will help this team compete in the long run.
