It will not stop for awhile He has reached legendary status in the forums. He's not that far removed actually and there has been on one year of a new Oline so it's natural and logical to compare both recruiting and Oline play to the Oline play under Bollman.
Anytime I get the chance!!!!!
I know I will be watching more MSU games this year than normal. Most of us will not be able to keep from taking an occasional peek at that juggernaut of an offense.
Boleman Smoleman... glad hes back in the B1G. With BB out a here we need someone to ridicule when we're tired of the Hoakster.. He's perfect.

My honest reaction to this post? I don't like it. I'm not afraid of Nick Saban or Alabama. I respect them, but I don't worship them. So they got one. Bobek didn't pan out. Great.
I believe in what we are building.
My prediction? Saban is an older guy, and his run is at it's peak. It's never a good thing to chase the crest of any trend. Sit tight, Meyer is almost 20 years younger, his run is just starting here. This is his last stop. What you are worrying about will be underwhelming in 2 or less years.
If we don't take down the SEC this year, we will next year. Have faith.
I don't think Saban's at the end of his career. He is amazing first and foremost in his ability to resist complacency. Wheras most great runs die as soon as they hit the peak, he refuses to enjoy the spoils of victory. He is the anti-Pete Carroll.
That makes him the perfect adversary. He is Darth Vader on the Death Star. Somebody needs to take down the evil empire...that is Meyer and tOSU.
Disagree. We'll see who's right soon enough.
Btw, Pete Carroll had a very good run this year. And did something Saban couldn't.
I dunno. We will pull this one out, PSU discussions about child molesters, and calling out Herbstreit. Its how we roll around here.
Anyone want to talk about Fred Davis? Hate Fred Davis. Hope he gets cooties.

Why not "bookend" this with the other clusterbomb he birthed.
A year with ONE recruit on the O-line, and that stellar performer was Evan Blankenship. Nice young man, fine singer, equally fine 3rd stringer.
Centers normally are ranked lower than other oline positions by default because they can only play center due to height and length of the player. However an all world center is vital to any oline.
Kind of like how a punter might be the best punter ever but only be a 2star.
That's why I am not concerned when sparty said they wanted bollman's Ohio instate recruiting ties. Those ties didn't help him recruit kids like Dodson and Decker!
If Sparty is relying on Bollman and his recruiting ties they will be battling Kent State for the leftovers.
Bollman couldn't even recruit Ohio, recognize top talent in Ohio at Ohio State how the hell is he going to pull some shit out his ass at Michigan State.
In his last 2 years at Ohio State, Bollman didn't recruit Dymonte Thomas a 5 star kid who is the cousin of an incoming recruit in his area, didn't recruit Kyle Dodson until he committed to Wisconsin, wouldn't return the calls of Taylor Decker who committed to Notre Dame, wouldn't give Ryan Kelly a look who committed to Alabama, who made all Freshman SEC team and will start for Saban, and hung his hat on a slew of MAC level OL his last year who none of them will have even lettered not one year their entire career at Ohio State because they never saw the field.
