did bucknuts post something saying wilson and elliot will be redshirts this year?
I have seen somethingn on here that did suggest that would be a possibility. RB depth for Elliot and not sure the reasoning for Wilson. Maybe in a BH, but can't say for sure.
No shut the F*** up
Wilson might redshirt? Where did you read that? It certainly wasn't in the Boarding House. Meyer doesn't redshirt players unless they get hurt (Warren Ball) or are completely lost (Se'Von Pittman). No way Wilson redshirts if he stays healthy. He's one of the three players competing at the hybrid position, along with Jordan Hall and Jalin Marshall. Urban said this himself.
Unfortunately (fortunately?) the kids have gotten much better about what they put out there. Things started getting better (worse?) when Jonathan Newsome transferred to Ball State. He was our best source of material by far. Sir Woodrow Olentangy has never been the same since.
There was a tidbit that stated that Elliot might redshirt and I think that Meyer hinted at it in his interview the other day. He stated that Hyde, Smith and Dunn would be the Tailback rotation with Warren Ball giving him a lot to think about. Personally, I think there is enough depth at HB to redshirt Elliot and not waste his eligibility on a season where he won't play much or at all.
Oh yes, the illustrious Nevada. The guy was made fun of on Bucknuts before he even joined. People knew him from TOS and always mocked him.
My introduction to this moron was when he asked me to change my avatar because it offended him. My avatar was Obama. Then about 2 weeks after that he told me to delete one of my posts. Apparently I offended his feminine sensibilities. I told him to go f*^k himself. He took it to Steve Helwagen that I was making political posts on the front row which was a blatant lie. He then told me to meet him at the Michigan game to fight. He even gave me his section and row to fight. So yes, Nevada, let me pay 150.00$ to fight random Internet retard and get kicked out of the best Ohio State game of the year. I can only imagine how intelligent he is in everyday life.
Cool story, bro.
Your f-worded avatar has offended my sensibilities.
You see that sign that says 'Rib Tips'??
So it's ridiculous to follow people on twitter, but not to use "lulz" like a 12 year old girl texting? Got it.
I'm just glad that now that MattyC is gone, I'll still have somewhere to use up my downvotes. You can't carry them over!
Everybody pretty much assumed that,s what I meant. My point had more to do with the fact that I find many of the tweets(like the Op's reference) almost impossible to decipher and I've stopped trying. People just assumed I was making a stance about the appropriateness of following teenagers on twitter. I don't really have an opinion on that.
Go ahead and dv all you want. I obviously don't care.
I obviously am gonna laugh out when the OP goes so off the deep end with his assumptions that he calls me a Pedo. you fellas have gotten way too sensitive and this board has gotten about petty squabbles and bickering. But, by all means,Carry on with your little witch hunt even if its not grounded in fact. That doesn't seem to matter anymore.
I think it's more that you are an arrogant dick. But that's just my opinion.
Your opinion has yet show any value so I don't think I'll worry too much. While your at it, why don't you spin us another yarn. you've become a regular Hans Christian Andersen minus the writing skills.
Lets face it, you're pissed that you are no longer allowed to go around calling posters illiterate red-necks and other racial slurs. If you were about anything real, you atleast would have stuck with your regular M.O. and your little political avi. you are about as spineless as they come.

99% sure I read it in a BH... "sources say EZE will redshirt and possibly Wilson as well"...
Edit: This is what I read:
BH Thursday 2/21
**Eager Coaches … How do the Ohio State coaches feel about the Class of 2013 recruits recently added to the fold?
They feel good … very good.
Said a source very close to aforementioned staff: “They can't wait to get these guys into the WHAC. They think there are potential contributors who could be the difference between 12-1 and 13-0. They see impact players in the defensive backfield and with the two linebackers. They expect half of the class to play a lot. Don't be surprised to see [Trey] Johnson as the one in the middle and [Mike] Mitchell outside. Mitchell is so damn fast and is lighter than you think from looking at him. They think they struck the motherlode with the inside receivers. One of them is going to emerge. They think [Jalin] Marshall or [James] Clark. [Dontre] Wilson might need to redshirt. Expect [Ezekiel] Elliott to redshirt. The backfield is loaded. There are not enough reps for him.”

Wanna fight in section 24A, row 4? Lol you're the champ who's bombing this thread. Bask in your glory, big man.
I don't think that Urban plans on wasting his time personally coaching Wilson in the hybrid role (it has been stated by the staff that Wilson will primarily report to Urban, rather than Drayton with the RBs or Smith with the WRs) all year for Wilson to not see the field this year.
Obviously things can change when camp starts, but I think Urban has every intention of getting Wilson the ball in space this season and seeing what he can do. Wilson isn't DAT, but DAT is not a big guy, but Oregon got him the ball in different ways several times a game where he could use his abilities and limit his hits. Urban will find touches for his incoming speedsters, although Zeke may see a redshirt just due to sheer depth at RB and the fact that we have other guys already ready to fill the slot role he could have slid to.
