Wasn't he at one time a "lock" or "must have" and then something happened (not sure if it was on or off the field) where he was trying to get back in the good graces of the coaching staff?(Might've been Tressel's last year or Fick's year as HC? Am I way off here, i believe I'm on the right track...
Does this ring a bell?
Anyway, he is an Illinois commit possibly looking to flip to Sparty. Just curious on if something/what happened.

Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.
MSU would be a good choice...MD is a great DB coach. His players improve and are fundamentally solid (in general, Johnny Adams is a little bit of a gambler). Isiah Lewis, Darqueze Dennard will booth play on Sundays. RJ Williamson (Dayton) is looking great as 5th DB.

Watch Caleb Day (#7 Hilliard Darby/Illinois) get stiff armed and thrown like a rag doll by Donovan Wilson (#45 Dublin Jerome/Georgia Tech). Maybe best things didn't work out. Can you imagine how Leveon Bell will abuse him? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1pe6i87yNo&feature=youtu.be
He did not impress me. He never hung out with the wrong crowd, from my understanding his brother did though and he was close to his brother. He took a lot of plays off and was not aggressive when he needed to be. Darby counted on him to do everything. He was a good player but imo was better on O than D because he appeared to be afraid of the big hit.
I can ask around for some more info if need be. I have personal connections.
