Wow huge news, but we all know that mike money ain't going anywhere so we'll see what happens. He'd better sign another qb because Vick will get killed running that offense.
Still not catching the ever-contagious WHINE-FLU!!!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
Vick is gone. I can guarantee you that much. He is due $16 million and owner Lurie has been on record saying he isn't coming back in 2013.
Nick Foles is the man now at QB in Philly. I found a couple Chip Kelly quotes regarding Foles, after Oregon played Fole's Arizona team:
What, though, about the quarterback position? It's true that Oregon quarterbacks under Kelly were consistently part of the rushing attack and Nick Foles may not be the fleetest afoot of signal callers. But that won't preclude him from fitting into Kelly's offense. Consider Kelly's comments regarding Foles just over a year ago after Foles threw for 398 yards in an Arizona loss to Oregon.
"I'll tell you what; I'm glad Nick Foles is graduating," said Kelly. "I catch myself watching him in awe sometimes. … Nick is a hell of a football player. That kid's a warrior. He's as good as anyone in the country."
I agree with some other post on here. How much of this change of heart by kelly is related to potential infractions? My question is will he still serve whatever punishment is handed down like they made TP and Tress serve?
Kelly is a lucky SOB.
1) He gets out of Dodge before sanctions are big news or handed down.
2) Any "Show Cause" the NCAA hands down will be served on the Eagles' dime.
3) The Eagles have about the best roster for his style of offense (certainly of the open jobs this year).
4) If he fails in the NFL, a ton of colleges will want him and he'll be back off and running in the NCAA (any penalties behind him).
C'mon up Mr. Wilson! Buckeye Nation Wants you!!!!!

Kelly is a lucky POS....
I like it for us though if we get Wilson
No necessarily I could foresee him receiving the same penalty that JT received when joined the Colts.
I agree with JarheadBuck concerning Kelly. I just wish someone could put a stop to these college coaches breaking the rules at the collegiate level and when they get caught they just jump into the NFL leaving the school and players subjected to the sanctions. Cheating coach just goes on his merry way pulling down the big salary at the next level. Cheater!!!
