Urban may have been joking maybe he was serious but I think craft is better fit for a nfl cb than a nba pg.
He can be a nba point guard but his shooting will have to improve vastly much like Burke got better from last yr to this one
+1. I've seen so many threads saying he should be a QB, but I see a Free Safety or CB.
He won't be playing in the NBA. I truly think he should suit up for Urban this year.
We may have lost the battle......but not the war.
Way to think out of the box Tru....yes hook Craft up with Scurban who will let him play on special teams.....and that will open up and improve our team for next year. I agree that he would be a great safety based on hustle and aggression...upgrade over C. Bryant but not over the rest of our young db's on the roster....but great idea Tru excellent route to take......I just say bring Craft off the bench lol
He'd be a super tall cornerback.
I don't believe he is 6'2 more like my height at 6' which is perfect he could play safety if he can tackle but that is a unknown.
I know he can grab the Rim but I never seen him dunk and he doesn't look 6'2 at all I'm just saying
Oh, some sites have him listed at 6'4".
Btw he played youth soccer and I would be willing to bet he would be a beast RB for the Buckeyes soccer team
Well, after one of the post game pressers, Q looked about 6 inches taller. I think Q is a legit 6'8
I've seen him dunk. There was a practice video a few weeks ago of him throwing it down. I bet he is at least 6'1
He doesn't dunk in games because he can't consistently throw it down and having small hands/short fingers makes it harder that's why he hits the lay up even on break aways. I've seen the bench jump up expecting a dunk and then being disappointed.
I don't doubt one iota that craft couldn't lay the lumber. If he moved to football right now and got in pate for spring practice he could probably be a stud at the.star or ss spots.
His first preference was to play football at OSU. At camp, previous staff said he was too small. His position is safety - he was first team All-Ohio as a sophomore there, then qb as a junior.
Plans change, but the intention was to go to OSU med. school and be a grad. asst. after his senior year. He would be a major contributor as a defensive coach, regardless of the paid assistants..
Craft should do what Paulus from Duke did and play a season of football at OSU. I mean it would be cool even if he wasn't a major contributor. I bet he could at least letter playing on special teams. I mean what better leader could you have than a four year letterman from the basketball team?
We have enough guys playing the position Craft would play if he did play football...He needs to work on his jumper this summer!
Been standing directly next too him multiple times. I'm 6'0. He is probably 2 inches taller than me.
