Assuming Big Hank leaves.
Does this look pretty close to the two deep
SDE-Washington/Moore or Pitman
Do we perhaps see Pitman leave? Not much said about him this year has been very possitive.
I know we have a lot of freshman studs coming in next year, I put this together based on what we have now.

A coaching friend of mine was at a spring practice and he said Vrabel was on Pittman pretty hard, made lots of mistakes but looked the part. A few reports on here early in fall camp also mentioned that the coaches were disappointed that he hadn't progressed as fast as they hope. Takes longer for some guys, I wouldn't be too concerned yet.

We need Big Hank to return for a real national title run.
You also have to worry will Washington stay at SDE. He was already moved to DT early in the year before being moved back to DE. But if he continues to gain weight the kid is going to move to DT.
Hail Hail to MeatChicken the Cesspool of the World!
Big Hank and Roby return for the National Championship run. No one motivates like Meyer and they have the opportunity to be part of something very, very special... Two years undefeated and earn the status of Buckeye legends. This d-line will be as good and deep as any in the nation next year.
Don't forget Mr. Bosa will be making an immediate impact. He is just a freak athlete for that size.
If Hankins leaves there is a good chance you will Schutt, not Hale, jogging out with the first team defense against Buffalo on Aug 31st. Also, you can bet that Moore will not be on the 2 deep, Im not sure he holds off anyone that will be coming in as a Freshman or coming off a redshirt. And as Duane pointed out, Hill and Price could see immediate action in addition to Bosa are various positions. Its really sickening how much talent we have for only 4 spots on the field. I would be willing to bet that by the half point in the season we will be seeing 8 or 9 rotating in at DLine. Fresh Legs will be in abundance.
Hill has an NFL body now. He is going to play. Will platoon with Hankins or if Hankins leaves early, which I don't think he will, will man his spot.
"The only thing That Team Up North will be tasting this year is the salty tears of defeat" - UFM
I don't think they like Moore at all. Good practice player that earned reps and did absolutely nothing so they're done with him.
WDE- Spence with Miller mixed in. Lewis could earn a few reps as he's an EE.
NT- Schutt and Hale
3-tech- Bennett with some Bosa and one of the other freshmen
SSDE- Mostly Adolphus with some Pittman/Bosa/Bennett
Will take some time to gel, should be scary for 2014.
A) Hale I believe should consider move to OL ... best for himself and the team. Get in the mix during the offseason and start competing in the spring. ...leads me to
B) Tommy Schutt is having the best year of the the FAB 4 Freshmen D-Linemen. Look for him to lead the way in the middle. Michael Hill -
heard he is still growing and healing well and could serve in some capacity next season. Carter - needs to make his move this offseason
and spring. Will need to show the maturity and dedication to meet the demands of this coaching staff on full time basis.
C) Duane made great point on Adolphus and his conditioning. Much can be said for most freshmen as they will make biggest
jump with improvements this offseason. Adophus has yet to learn to use his god given tools. Coach Mick will help him be 'The Man' - SDE
D) WDE ...this is Spences spot. No doubting this. Lewis will overtake Miller - unless Stevie tunes up his intensity and skill set this spring.
E) Really love what Bennett brings ...A Healthy Bennett - is a good thing.
F) could be the grade for Pittman ...but I'd just use it as his Freshmen year. Young man - "This is College Football !" Coach's are hard
on you because they believe in you! Hang in there and continue to work hard. We will see you on the field in some capacity next year.
You might despise Vrabel now but will be grateful for a lifetime when you are done playing for him.
G) is for Great Bosa! .....anyone out there honestly think that after watching this manchild play at one of top prep programs in the country,,,
that he will not make an impact in his freshmen year. His Black Stripe is going to fly off his helmet next fall when he starts putting guys on
their ass. He plays with attitude .... has the fast twitch thing Coach Meyer loves. I would like to see Bosa lean out a bit ....just my
opinion he looked more explosive as a junior when he was leaner.
pretty much what I thought, however, unlike Duane, I think Carter will be our "Fridge" dude, 3rd and 2 guy. He is at this point 6'5" 350 he can move his feet and if UFM wanted him gone he would have already been gone. I think the incoming fresh also have the op for playing time. But again, a lot depends on whether Hank comes back - which we all prob agree he is not.
Let's be clear on one thing - this D line is in good shape. If we get our LB situation delt with, we will not be having these threads and conversations
