I apologize if someone has posted on this already. ESPN fantastic 30 for 30 series will air The Story of Maurice Clarett in the next volume. It is one of the more interesting and disappointing stories in sports history. From what I hear, Maurice has really turned his life around. With that said.....I wonder if Buckeye Nation can forgive him? Will the documentary airing on ESPN help heal or re-open the wounds?

Do you know a date or are we talking many months away?
To forgive him would suggest that I had something against him. While he wasted his talent and squandered many opportunities, I will always have fond memories of his time as a buckeye and be greatful for his contributions to our perfect season.
It's a couple years old and can be seen here:
MoC took my breath away with his talents in 2002.
I love that MoC has turned his life around. I think we all thought he did some dumb things and we all probably called him an idiot. He was! But he's really taken the bad and turned it around and is using it all as a positive. Speaking too youth, and making sure he's doing the right things by leading by example. I'm happy for MoC! If you don't forgive him... You're the idiot.
"Leaders & Legends? Really? How about just name the divisions, Ohio State & everyone else." -Colin Cowherd
MoC will always be one of my favorite Buckeyes..he actually gave me a hug when I was younger walking to the skull session after signing my cast on my arm, will never forget that.

I don't know the date yet. All I know it will be in the next round of the 30 for 30 series.
The story of Maurice Clarett, 30 for 30 will be something new. The link you posted isn't what I am referring too. Thats was on E:60. This documentary will have a run time of over an hour. Maurice and the director were on campus this Sept for a game filming the last portion of it. This documentary will tell his whole story. I can't wait to see it.

I will never forgive Andy Geiger for penalizing him far and away more than he would have received at any other school in the country. A 6 game suspension would have still been more than at most other schools, and he would have played until entering the draft or the remainder of his 4 years. Geiger threw him under the bus to try and project an OSU image - and Tressel was complicit.
Make no mistake this kid delivered us our only national title in 50 years.
Without him it wasnt going to happen.
I watched that show on the 2002 title team on BTN the other night.
That play he made to strip Sean Taylor was a symbol of how competitve and tough he was.
He made a block on the play got up and made the play.
Not the biggest or fastest guy in the world but in his short time here he was an icon.
He actually was an intelligent, thoughtful kid who made some awful decsions.
I wish him nothing but the best.
I think that Geiger just wanted him out of the program for all of his crap. He searched out the media to he sensationalized and it just got worse when Jim brown started getting in his ear.
For all the good a guy like brown has done he seems to always want to blame or be against"the man" and he was trying to use moc for his agenda.
It would be interesting to see how his career would have turned out if OSU had let him go home for his friend's funeral.
and by interesting do you mean how awesome would back-to-back nat'l champ. in 02 & 03 be?!?
Still think he'd have that'd the nfl. Espn came to campus and put the thoughts in his head, then ran a story in the mag about it. I don't remember him talking about it until they came on campus and started questioning him about it.
