Philly told me he thought he was going to be a corner at OSU. Literally when he signed and even when he first arrived on campus, he thought corner was going to be his position. They quickly moved him to WR in camp in 2010.
But Philly was a RB in high school, so that could be what you're thinking of.

No, they don't have a "RB" but they do have a couple of athletes that might be filling the "RB" role. I don't follow their recruiting and I'm not sure if they are using one of their athletes in that way.
I knew he was a RB but thought they said he was going to be a WR.....I'm getting old and can't remember that far back....thanks Dave....
Gateway to Heaven on Earth
The closest that I will ever get to a Buckeye ring or Gold Pants. Saw it sold on e-bay April 29, 2011 for $8500.

So now the coaching staff is a bunch of liars. They have said openly that they were recruiting Wilson as a slot back/receiver. I think this staff wants speed at every position possible. Im not a recruitier, but i would be weary of any player afraid of competition. Programs like Alabama recruit three or four backs a class and it doesnt seem to hurt their recruiting. Just my two cents.
Wait, did you just say the coaching staff has said openly they are recruiting Wilson as a slot-back/WR? Where are you reading this? I hope this isn't true, because that would be an NCAA violation if they are making public statements about recruits.
A more-likely scenario is you are wrong.
