I'm all in favor of keeping dangerous weapons out of the hands of fools. Let's start with typewriters.

Born and bred in the cbus. I fall into the 18-25 age bracket and I do in fact, love Sperrys.
Hilarious read! Pretty spot on from my experiences.
I've got a major beef with the list. Nowhere did I see beer mentioned.
Sarah sorry about the Herpes.
I've lived here in IN for years now, still tell my friends to take off their "tennys" before coming into the house!!!
they still blow me SH!T!!! LOL
Why would I bother saying soda when I can get the message across with only one syllable instead of two? Am I that lazy or are they that inefficient? Definitely the latter.
Not a fan of Donato's actually. Love me some Pangrazio's from around where I grew up!
Thanks. I sent that list to Ohioans around the country.
The CHASE is on...
"15. Most restaurant chains (namely: Panera, Olive Garden, Chipotle, and Outback. I could go on.)"
Honestly, if you don't like Chipotle, what the hell is the matter with you?
My question is how many of these things did you just accept and were oblivious to them being Ohio things?
I was unaware that they weren't called tennis shoes or sweepers
Agreed.. but $20 for a thin crust pie? C'mon Man! Donatos is pricey..
Donato's is absolute garbage.
I'm from Northeast Ohio, though. A place with real pizza.
Im from Chicago...'nuff said ;D
When everyone runs out...we run in. Support your firemen.
i agree about the pie, but that's more of a dayton thing than a state thing. Skyline is more of a cincy thing too but much more famous since it invented a type of food that no one else makes.
I had never heard any one call soda anything but "pop" until I went to OSU my freshman year and some OOS guys on our floor were making fun of everyone for calling it "pop"
Vice versa, we all gave them hell and mocked them by putting a nice hard lisp when they said SSSSSSodah!
I miss my Kate Upton Picture
Totally disagree. Grew up on Cassanos and hated it. However, their steak subs are killers.

My roommate in college was from western New York. He and his family always made fun of me when I would ask for a pop. They also thought I had a drinking problem since I down beer like water, but that is besides the point. They also thought I had an accent. I am from NW Ohio, no accent here
I drink Mountain Dew every day(something is wrong with me) and eat Ranch with almost every thing especially salad and pizza.
And yes it's pop and not soda. Tennis shoes and not sneakers.
Is Ohio the only state that people wear sporting gear like basketball shorts in the winter?
