Those Who Stay Will Be Championshipless
At one time we were called, "Monsters of the Midway". In fact nobody in Ohio would play us early in the season.
What school did I go to? (Smile)
I'll bet bigjimmy knows this Ohio high school.
Played most of my ball for washington court house small town had few good teams. Thats were Nathan Willams came from but way after my playing days. Back in the day our small ass div 3 school at the time got to go up and play Saint Iggy my frosh year was fun. Makes me wonder who was on some of those teams we player we had a tough ass schedule my senior year. Played columbus hartley, cin winton woods, cin MCnickals, we played wilmington againt their big time Qb and col west wich was supposed to had been really good that year. Man really miss those days. May have spelled some names wrong sry if so.
All I had was Dan Wilkerson and I don't even like to bring him up because the first thing people say is, "Damn what a bust he was".
Mark Baker, Dequan Cook, and Norris are better alumni.
I think a previous mayor of Dayton was an alum
My high school sucked. It catered to the lowest common denominator.
"The only thing That Team Up North will be tasting this year is the salty tears of defeat" - UFM
Thanks go to Buckeyedog, I only said that to emphasize that I have a true appreciation for the back side of the female amoung us. He perfected it and gave it life.
I dream of a day when chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned.
Our program has been bad for many years, only 1 playoff appearance since the early 80's. Playing in the OCC we have seen a ton of top talent.
Our notable Alumni... Tony Lowery, Eric Smith and LeVeon Bell.
I don't give a damn for the whole state of BITCHAGAIN!!!!!!!!
I went to Columbus St Francis DeSales. Back in the day we were a D1 Football Factory. Guys like:
Dean Kreuzer (OSU), Luke Fickell (OSU), Gary Berry (OSU), Paul Haynes (Kent St), Warren Ball (OSU), Adam Rempe (Purdue), Kurt Murphy (OSU), Chris Roy (OSU), Travis Jackson (MSU), Chi-Chi Araguzzi (Northwestern), Adam Griffin (OSU), Tom Weilbacher (Ohio U),
That is who I can think of off the top of my head

"Playing here is the closest thing to heaven on earth..." - Brian Rolle
How could you forget Mo Clarett? Do you remember Danny Ross? QB of the 1971 state championship team. I believe he's in the school's HOF. We played on the same team for four years at Denison, and also roomed together. Two other guys from Harding were on the team: Eddie Exler and Duke Virca. Exler held a number of Denison and conference records when he graduated.
Wilmington High had a star WR that had a great career at OSU in the late 70s, early 80s--but I'm forgetting his name. Have a good friend from college who was a good athlete at Wilmington--Michael Graham--but, nothing like a top-100 kid.
I am from Warren, so I have saw a solid share of great players move on. I went to Warren for grade school and Howland (Warren) for High School.
Devin Smith just went SCUM last year, and that lineman went to PSU (for some reason I can't recall his name off the top of my head).
You ain't ball'n if your block O isn't fitted.
Mo C. was a transfer to Warren Harding. He was from Youngstown.
Actually started in the inner city, then transferred to Austintown Fitch, then to Harding. But, he played there his senior year when he won all the accolades like USA Today player of the year.
Gary Williams. Was a WR for OSU in the Schlister years.
