in this ESPN article about Marshall being in the UnderArmour AA game, his high school coach says he is 6' and almost 220. I have watched all the film I can get my hands on containing Marshall and I would generously give him 5'11" 195. your thoughts?
Zeke Elliot's numbers r awesome.....Marshall ran 4.6 40, (he had a 38 inch vertical, so I am assuming 4.6 is due to technique or something). Zeke ran 4.22 laser timed...that is flying
Its high school PR I tellya. I've seen sizes that shock me by our recruits. 5'9" 155lbs becomes 5'11" 180 in 3 months. We need Pantoni to set up a measurement station and force recruits to go through it to continue their visits. Only guys that get bigger are lineman and sometimes backers. The rest seem to shrink by the time they get to the Woody
I've met him twice and he is every bit of 6 foot 200 pounds. I just talked to him a week ago. He's pumped ... Very stout young man..I say this because I'm 5'11" and 200 and he was as big as me.
When did Zeke run a 4.22 laser timed 40?
I doubt laser. That would be world record time!
No where near 220.....lucky to be over 200....
The Opening is laser timed, but if Zeke ran a 4.22 he would be the fastest player in the country.....no?
I find that hard to believe, but he is definitely very fast.
In regards to Marshal, I remember someone saying he is pound for pound the strongest guy on their team.
Maybe he's in the low 200lb range now, but 220 is a stretch. I remember seeing him in his track uniform and he would have had to put on crazy weight both good and bad to get to that size since spring.
He ran a 4.42 which was top 5 there.
Zeke did not run a 4.22. He ran around a 4.45.
6'8" high jump
23' long jump
500 lb squat
Nobody catches him in pads.
Explosive enough for you?
Who gives a crap. Its a damn good size. And ability as good as his its unfair
