I don't think the death threats were serious. Probably just meant to scare the boy. I know the several I sent weren't serious. I can't vouch for you guys though. Who wants to go to jail for the rest of their lives to kill some idiot?

I'm just going to leave this Un-VIP'd post here for our Michigan lurkers.......Hi.....now go pay your Ohio taxes.
Our quarterback does front flips, suck it.
Funny the things he says happened to me and my high school teammates when we were in that whole of a city up north for the summer football camp in the late 90's. We were thrown out of a pizza place for having Buckeye gear on, had fast food drinks thrown at us out of moving cars, and people talked trash as you walked by. ( I am not condoning death threats, that is stupid).
I really didn't need any of that done to know that I would never go to that smelly school.
It really doesn't matter if it's serious or not. A threat on someone's life is still fuckin' wrong. The only way I could see it acceptable is if someone kidnapped, hurt, or killed one of your family. It's fucking wrong.

a fella named forrest once said "stupid is as stupid does".what more is there to say???
I'm glad Michigan got him. I seen film of him getting manhandled at the May Nike Camp in C'bus...a vastly overated prospect.
Instead of a letter he will be getting burned against guys like Pittman, Spence, Bosa, and Washington.
Its funny...I believe Scum fans were saying crap to Brionte Dunn like i hope you break your neck or leg or whatever. He played it cool and didnt make a big pussy fit about it.
Did any of this actually happen to the young attention whore? Prototypical "Michigan Man". Good fit for the wolverines I would say.
I don't doubt that there may have been some vitriol slung at him. However, one should also remember the propensity of young men to exaggerate the truth and inflame circumstances when so much personal attention is on the line. Jerry Springer would have been better served only having HS recruits and their families on. Think of the potential stage brawls they could have contrived with that lot.
Come on back to the real world. People were "cussing him out" as he walked through a Columbus mall because he was wearing a Scum hat? Some people threw stuff at him? Well, of course, we have all seen the heathens of Columbus, Ohio throw stuff and swear at people in the malls around Columbus. That is a regular occurrence if you happen to wear one of those Meatchicken hats. Maybe he likes the spotlight a bit too much, maybe he just is a chronic liar or maybe he believes the crap coming out of his mouth, but the reality is that he will get his chance to succeed or fail in just under six months. Until then, I would advise him to not drink the water in AA because it seems to make people say really stupid things out loud. Just ask Mike Hart.
