What ever happened to the numerous ??violations of their football team?? Anyone have information conerning this.?? and the time table in which the NCAA will act.?? Hard to understand the delay, as they (NCAA) have just let it ebb by , kind of like the ESPN sports .
Nvm. I hadn't read the most recent information.

The NCAA stepped on their own crank while doing the investigation and are now trying to keep the whole deal from being tossed without losing face.
They were just given their Letter a little over 6 weeks ago... they have 90 days to respond
Lack of Institutional Control was the charge.
Same as USC, Bama, Canes in the 90s,etc
Usually ends bad for them,Entertaining for me
They did get the letter, but the NCAA messed up all over the place here. Legally, I don't know how strong of a case the NCAA can make and it looks like Miami is ready to fight back now.
Goes to show you, don't cooperate with the NCAA, and there's a good chance they may blow the investigation.
Ill be curious where Miami is gonna get the $$ to fight.. they have major dollar issues.
Though they were guilty as could b, the nc2a had foot in mouth syndrome & messed up the investigation. Kinda like a bad cop messing with the evidence. They may get off scott free. Idiots investigating idiots...
